Do my child's tonsils need removing?

Only if infections are frequent and disruptive, or the tonsils are large enough to obstruct breathing during sleep. One or two sore throats a year is not a reason.

Will sinus surgery cure my allergy?

No. Surgery opens blocked sinuses and helps drainage. The underlying allergy still needs treating, usually with a nasal spray, and that continues afterwards.

Why do I feel the room spinning?

Most true spinning vertigo comes from the inner ear and is treatable, sometimes with a positioning manoeuvre done in the clinic. It needs an examination to identify which type it is.
